When considering representation on planning applications the Council can only take notice of matters which relate to planning.\u00c2 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Planning considerations will include:-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Compliance with the Development Plan
Design
Effect on neighbouring properties such as severe loss of light or loss of privacy
Highway safety
Other matters which may be material planning considerations. (note:- there is no definitive list of what a material planning consideration).
However, they do not include things such as:-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

loss of view
private land ownership disputes
personal character of the applicant
moral issues
loss of value of property
